Termux is a terminal emulator. To actually run Ubuntu 20.04, you need a full PC emulator. I still don't understand what this stuff is actually, and how it can work.

Anyway, without more details, it's hard for me to give you any help. I don't have any Android system. I had a phone but it has been stolen a few months ago.
