Description
-----------

When a breakpoint is set, testing with F4 runs until the breakpoint and stops at it. But when F4 hit afterwards it will not continue. One has to set the text cursor with the mouse after the line with the breakpoint and hit F4 again to continue the debug run.

This is HIGH because it is annoying and we will soon have 3.16.
