If i remove the code in the Form_BeforeArrange event then the controls become too small and pump out errors in the ide or terminal. 

(Sorry I've just discovered the "Stop Event" calls in the Form_Resize() event were not needed)

Somehow i got it to stop pumping out the errors with that BeforeArrange() code. 
(I'm stumbling in the dark though)
