Hi Benoít thank you it's sort of fixed i'd say.  It looks better but still behaving the same.

The text is still too far left and when i first click the doc it jumps right a bit just as before, the only difference is it's not overlapping the line numbers now it's hidden underneath them.

if line numbers are not showing then i show them the doc text/margin moves right as expected.
but on form load the text stays at the far left position it would be if line numbers were hidden.
