I have just realised as well it does not happen on ALL files.

in the Start.module i have added 2 test lines and put a script in the source folder that i'm getting the error on...

'FMain.LoadOnStart = "/etc/fstab"
FMain.LoadOnStart = Application.Path &/ "test_options"

test_options is a bash script and produces the bug.
loading /etc/fstab however does not produce the bug
