The highlighter identifier must be "cplusplus", not "c++".

The bug is not there, but in the IDE, at TextEditor.class line #373. I fixed it in commit https://gitlab.com/gambas/gambas/-/commit/b45a677cbef3fff1febeb9b1f018ed85349ac2cc.
