I just use mint , problem was happening on marco i think. i've since swithed back to Compiz as i like opacity. (and wobbly windows of course ;) )

was an oddity i thought might help in bug tracking.
hadn't occurred to me at the time that the menu crash error was across the board on all gambas apps so probably irrelevant.
but i've not seen that error before and it not hapenning now you've fixed the menus so i'm guessing probably a problem your end ;)

Good work though, i dread to think the bug fixing woes you have at times.
