looks like there is a 

version.m4:m4_define([GB_MAIL], [gambas at users.sourceforge.net])

makefiles have
PACKAGE_URL = http://gambas.sourceforge.net
PACKAGE_BUGREPORT = gambas at users.sourceforge.net

config.h in the root build directory seems to define the bug report email
/* Define to the address where bug reports for this package should be sent. */
config.h:#define PACKAGE_BUGREPORT "gambas at users.sourceforge.net"
config.h:#define PACKAGE_URL "http://gambas.sourceforge.net"
How this file is created I don't know

Still looking for man pages..
