Those packages must exit, otherwise that means that packaging has been incorrectly made.

There is an exception with 'gb.qt4', which may not exist if your system has drop all QT4 packages, like recent Ubuntu. But then it cannot run any QT4 program, including the one you made with Gambas and that requests QT4.
