Thank you very much, now I no longer get the segmentation error but if, in the Sub btnCreateReport_Click, I de-comment:
' Dim hPrinter As New Printer
'' This doesn't works
' hPrinter.OutputFile = $sOffPath
' hReport.Print(hPrinter)
and comment everything else i get non-regular pdf files see attached files.

Furthermore in gb.gui, working normally with Report.Preview, the dialog box is shown with a very thin textbox, see attached image.
