Fixed by https://gitlab.com/gambas/gambas/merge_requests/99 and by adding empty file '/var/lib/dpkg/status' in dpkg package like Slackware made: https://pkgs.org/download//var/lib/dpkg/status
Please close this bug if no regress in Ubuntu.
