Some directories have translatable strings. But file .project does not have "Translate=1" or DoNotTranslate="_directory_"

comp/src/gb.memcached
gb.net.curl/src/gb.net.curl
comp/src/gb.util
comp/src/gb.web
gb.xml/src/gb.xml

Some of them can be really translatable, but some of them can be skipped from translation by mistake.

Please add "Translate=1" if it is needed and move notranslateble stuff into _directory_
