I need only POT file and easy way to generate it. POT file goes into transifex. It's good to have POT file in sources, in this case it goes into transifex automatically and updates automatically there.
The other problem is translating other directories, that have PO files, but POT files are missing.
Even xgettext can extract strings without compillation, but script is missing too.
