Since commit https://gitlab.com/gambas/gambas/commit/525b6865814caecbe96332f3c2a72e9ce4eb4fb4, the Gambas compiler now automatically calls 'msgfmt' to compile translation files if needed. This is not the job of the IDE anymore.

Consequently, 'sudo make install' now should install all Gambas programs and components with the accurate translations.
