9.3 Mo -> The image is stored in the PDF uncompressed.
482 Ko -> The image is stored as a JPEG.
59.5 Ko / 36.7 Ko -> The image is stored as a PNG (which is smaller because the image is black & white).

Anyway, this is a weird bug in Qt5.
