I don't mind and agree that ShowPopUp this is a "special" method and that a splash screen is a window without borders. The sense of a popup window should be, to inform somebody about something. This information might be (and in most cases is) of such importance, that is has to be visible under any circumstance - in other words it has to put "on top". On the German wikipedia page https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pop-up I found this text (Goggle-translated):
"A pop-up [pɒpˌʌp] (from English to pop up) is an element of a graphical user interface. As a rule, pop-ups are used to display additional content or to request a specific interaction. Typically, pop-ups "break", covering other parts of the user interface."

You are now telling me, that the ShowPopUp methode can't be used for this actual purpose, because the stacking property is ignored (which is an undocumented exemption). I would have preferred to get a reason A) why my code is wrong only be cause I am using a special special methode B) why the stacking property is ignored and C) what you understand under a popup window.

My proposal: Take my bug report as a feature request.
