Some picture :
1) Description in Preference is "Documentation is up to date" (attach Ide-preference-help.png)
2) Help Browser not show documentation.(attach Ide-offline-help.png)
3) Wiki archive has installed(attach wiki-archive.png), the size only 4,1 MB ? for the second download I get only 3,8 MB.
