i set to 3.10 due in 3.10.0 and 3.11.3 are all present this bug, also noted that you said, the prologe header are complety changed (and putted minimized je je)

maybe make sense hte dissaper of the second line but the first where have " standalone="yes" " make nervious .. 

this due some specific programs need the original header due spect that header as is.. so if i used gambas to generated xml files for others integrations will fail!

about second question maybe its better done at the mail list but its seems something related to case sensitive
