i'll explain with a example:

1. search and download "program1"
2. program1 have a bug, does not run due have a hard-coded path
3. so also, program1 was not update since the last upload
4. so in conclusion gambas farm does not have a mechanish to notify the comunity "hey this program have a bug, does not run"
