done! changin 2.6 by 2.4 works and tested with a gmime example from here: https://lists.gambas-basic.org/pipermail/user/2018-June/064848.html

so the only changes to done seems are at gb.mime/configure.ac file by just added another conditional to also check in last instance 2.4 version
