When I insert a quotation mark, the Gambas3 editor adds a second quotation mark and places the cursor between them to allow the introduction of a "text".

But, when I want to make a correction, for example to put an existing text in quotation marks: "text" from the first quotation mark ", the editor adds me a second" "text that I am forced to delete to get:" text and then add a quotation mark at the end: "text" "but same problem which obliges me to remove the superfluous quotation mark to obtain the expected result" text ".

This behavior occurs even in a comment and is valid for ([{.

Personally, I am in favor of automatic formatting, but intelligent automatic formatting. So please, do not ask me to deselect in the preferences of the editor (Code Formatting / Automatic Formatting / Close braces, brackets ...) I know how to do it; what I want is an option that works ... but not halfway.

Mais, quand je veux faire une correction, par exemple mettre un texte existant entre  guillemets: "texte" dès la frappe du premier guillemet ", l'éditeur me rajoute un second  ""texte que suis contraint de supprimer pour obtenir:  "texte et ensuite rajouter un guillemet à la fin: "texte"" mais même problème ce qui m'oblige à supprimer le guillemet superflu pour obtenir le résultat attendu "texte".

Ce comportement à lieu même dans un commentaire et est valable pour les ( [ { .

Personnellement je suis favorable à un formattage automatique, mais un formattage automatique intelligent. Alors s'il vous plaît, ne me demandez pas de déselectionner dans les préférences de l'éditeur (Code Formatting/Automatic Formatting/Close braces, brackets...) je sais le faire; ce dont je souhaite c'est une option qui fonctionne ... mais pas à moitié.
