New 'gb.xml2' component

Hi,

I have started a new component named 'gb.xml2'.

It is based on 'libxml2', and will replace the non-maintained 'gb.xml' 
component.

The interface will be different than 'gb.xml' and the old 'gb.libxml'. 
Mainly because of bug fixes.

This is just the start of the implementation.
