IDE taskbar icon (from shell)

I have a minor issue.

If i launch gambas ide from icon or menu then open a project the
window/taskbar icon is the gambas icon.

if a project is opened via shell it shows a generic icon.
Ie.
gambas3 /path/to/project
see attached picture

is that a linux glitch or can a fix be found?
