Occasional Error Message when Opening a Project

Hi

Occasionally I get error messages like the attached ones when I open a 
project with the IDE 3.22.1.

I can't remember when this started. It's some time ago. When I open the 
project again everything is fine normally.

Does anyone else have this problem ?
