Hitting "Run" only compiles (sometimes)

Either it's just my system/config or maybe others are getting this glitch..

Sometimes when I hit "Run" in the IDE to run a program it is like i just
hit the "Compile" button instead. The program compiles but it does not
launch. I hit run again and then it launches okay.

In my IDE the compile all button is next to the run button but i'm sure I
am not just hitting the wrong button.

Is anyone else finding hitting "Run" is sometimes only compiling?
