I don't get any message about devices when I launch the program. All I get, other than the usual KDE Plasma messages, is:
Failed to create Vulkan instance: -9
Failed to create platform Vulkan instance

I also get the visual message, when the program starts, that I need to install 'wkhtmltopdf' for the program to work.

I did notice that the application appears to be using audio. When the Main form first opens there is a clicking sound, and the 
application icon changes to indicate that the application has an audio device open. Perhaps the "no physical devices" refers to 
audio devices.

It is quite a large and complex project for anyone not already familiar with it to try to analyze and debug it. If you could 
isolate just the bare minimum modules and forms to have a project that launches (but doesn't do anything), it might help find 
the problem.
