Release of Gambas 3.21.5

Gambas 3.21.5 has been released!

The previous version has two major bugs that made the IDE unusable. This 
release should fix that.

You can download the sources [2] if you want to compile.

Or you can install the binary packages that are being built on OpenSUSE 
build servers [3] for: **ArchLinux**, **Debian** 11, 12 & 13, 
**openSUSE** Leap 15.6 & Tumbleweed, and **Ubuntu** 20.04, 22.04, 24.04, 
24.10 and 25.04.
