By the way, if you see somewhere in the GStreamer documentation that 
what is returned by the 'Info' property (in GStreamer language it's the 
"GstCaps" of the "GstSample") is standardized is any way, tell me.

Maybe the first key of the collection is always a mimetype. It would be 
like dealing with the Clipboard class, and then I could make an 'Image' 
property.
