Before releasing Gambas 3.21.4

Hi,

Can some people try to compile and run the stable version?

The source code is here:

https://gitlab.com/gambas/gambas/-/archive/stable/gambas-stable.tar.bz2

This version will become the next 3.21.4 version, and I want to be sure 
that it works, and that the GTK+3 IDE is now usable on Gnome (i.e. on 
desktops that make GTK+3 use these utterly stupid client-side window 
decorations)
