Gambas GUI - Double click in Left hand Project tree view panel - Observation.

Since the last two (?) versions of Gambas, I've found that 
double-clicking on a code element in the left hand panel of the GUI 
takes a 'number of tries' to open the element in the main GUI.

This is very evident on opening a listed connection but generally, most 
elements take 1-3 tries (double-clicks) before successfully opening.

At first, I thought it was just me 'getting older' but I did ask on the 
Gambas-One forum if any others had had difficulties and there were some 
who reported observing the same thing.

One user said they observed the same but after upgrading to 3.21.2 it 
appeared to be resolved.

I'm on the same Linux version & Gambas version and am still having this 
issue.

I've increased the double-click time on my system settings and that 
helped a little but did not resolve the main problem.

I'm not on a slow or old computer by any standing, as per the system 
information below.


I have found by experimentation that if I click on an object in the left 
hand panel of the GUI and wait a few seconds,    (I'm guessing some 
background tasks are completing?)

then it seems to open normally.  Obviously, I can open the elements in 
the main GUI in other ways so this is more of an observation.

For my own peace of mind, I would like to know if there are increasing 
background tasks occurring when you click on element prior to opening?
