Their download isn't great.
I downloaded the the Linux binary from
https://td.telegram.org/tlinux/tsetup.6.3.6.tar.xz and it got about 10mb at
a time then failed and i had to "retry", thankfully it started where it
finished so eventually finished.

I have it now 😎
