"Possible gb.poppler bug" may be fixed

Hi,

I have just committed some fix for the "possible gb.poppler bug".

It was a PDF feature that was not handled by the 'gb.poppler' code.

Apparently targets in PDF can be explicit (with a page number, a target 
rectangle), or referenced by a "named destination".

It's that "named destination" that must be decoded to retrieve the 
actual target information.

So the possible gb.poppler bug was more than possible!
