Indeed! With these PDFs my app is crashing. On first sight it looks to 
me as if the treeview is loaded properly with keys but when I select an 
index my app crashes because the key returned from the treeview is gone 
... they are all gone ... very wierd. So on first sight it rather looks 
to me as if it relates to the treeview and how it is populated 
(depending on index parents resp. children).  I don't believe that it 
depends on the PDF version.

I need some time to understand and test my old code and will come back 
in case of new findings.
