Webkit has been deprecated for a long time.
Use webview instead.

We could spend weeks trying to guess the issue if you do not post the
project (or any project) that has the error.

Ps. Did you update every file in /etc/apt/sources.d/ and
/etc/apt/sources.list so all jammy links are changed to noble?
(The repo/mysql/ links)
You may need to install the gpg key too.
However you did that before you may have to redo it for Ubuntu noble.
