Seems like obvious common sense to me.
If you compile from source and you upgrade the distro version you'll need the package list and ./configure command for the current OS version not the last one (obviously)

But by all means add some info to the wiki if you want to GianLuigi.  It can't hurt.  If it's not 100% accurate someone will probably adjust it.
