Could it be a different issue? If i am watching a movie on one screen i cannot start and stop a debug session then the IDE has focus and is activated. Many many times i have tested a program running the debugger, then closed the program and hit an arrow key to move the cursor but the movie player is active now and jumps the movie position. it's quite annoying and has done it for a few months now.
