Very odd.

It has something to do with frmComplex being hidden.
If I click "Scientific" so it shows the Complex radio and i click that so
it shows all 3 frames the splitter works okay.

but if frmComplex is hidden so only 2 frames show in the Splitter it
behaves badly.
