For Benoît, as he asked me to send a project with the segmentation error. I try to send a project to test it that do a segmentation error when I do change from old gb.db to new one gb.db2. With the old gb.db no error occurs.Navigate between the following functions: pi for horns, base for base management, and dimensions for speaker dimensions. With gb.db2, the error occurs when returning from one function to another.
For future reference:If you use the IDE to create the source archive (Project > Make source archive...), it will create an archive that the IDE can uncompress.
Also, sending a project, that demonstrates an apparent bug, to the list isn't just for Benoît as others here try to help out as well so that all is not piled on him. And, demonstration projects should be pared down to the smallest possible that will still show the bug. Otherwise, you are essentially asking others to analyze *your* code instead of pinning down the potential bug.
I would have tried to help, but the project you sent is so large and in a different language, that I can't make heads or tails of it.
All in all though, it looks like you have put a good amount of effort into a rather complex project. Well done. -- Lee --- Gambas User List Netiquette [https://gambaswiki.org/wiki/doc/netiquette] ---- --- Gambas User List Archive [https://lists.gambas-basic.org/archive/user] ----
