Gambas packages for Debian 13

Hi,

Debian 13 (aka debian testing at the moment) packages are now available 
on OBS for the master.

If some people tell me that these packages work for them, I will add 
them to the stable repositories too.

I have update the wiki installation page with the detailed information.
