gb.httpd: bind 0.0.0.0 - Address already in use

Hi

I'm trying to develop a web app but I can only test it once, because
the rest of the attempts the page doesn't load. [1]
If I use the internal httpd of gambas3 or firefox the same thing
happens, the page does not load.
I'm probably forgetting something but if someone can tell me how to fix
it, it would be great.
