I an unsure I understood those steps correctly, but this is what I did:
1. Created a new module and named it anything,
2. Typed "Sub" in the code of the new module,
3. Immediately clicked a workspace tab to select a different source file or form.

I don't get that error with Qt on v3.20.2. (I don't have the GTK component installed.)
