Markdown - Special commands

Hello,

in the wiki you can find information on special commands in the last 
paragraph at https://gambaswiki.org/wiki/doc/markdown.
The first command @{index} inserts a table of contents of all indexed 
headings correctly in HTML after converting Markdown -> HTML.

The other two commands @{index <prefix>} and @{since <version>} are 
ineffective according to my tests. Questions:

- Is only the @{index} command implemented?
- If NO, what is the correct syntax of the commands @{index <prefix>} 
and @{since <version>} in the Markdown text?

I am currently using Gambas version 3.19.5.
