Demo Worm

I've added the ultimate version of a useless project to Gambasforge :-)
Worm is an oldskool demo like that uses the SDL library.
There are five different effects. Six with soundchips music by Jochen 
Hippel.
A worm that twists in 9 different ways with a fade between each animation.
A scrolltext with 32*38 characters.
Blue and yellow stars bursting from the screen background.
The name Gambas hopping across a rainbow, with its reflection in the 
rainbow.
The Gambas logo displayed with distortions on either side of the screen
