Raspberri Pi 5 + Gambas

Hi, 

I'm trying to create a linux server with a pbp5 and gambas.
In gambas I made some programs that copy files to make backups and
other useful tasks in a network, but in this rbp5 I can't find the
right combination of OS and Gambas.
I used Raspbian OS (the one recommended on the web) but then there are
no apps available not even the root. Then I put ubuntu but there are
repositories that give errors.
Well, this email is to know if someone has already encountered these
problems and how they solved them.
