Someone on the Gambas One forum had trouble installing master.
He posted this (https://pastebin.com/KeVwuzsb) link, where you can see exactly what packages are giving trouble.

I have not tested installing master just read what is going on here on mailing list.
I did have a quick look at recipe and don't see any anomalies on fist sight.

Could it be that making packages for gambas3_3.20.99+git.20250209.2c1cd58a-1 every 24h (without a version change) for last few days might be causing trouble?
There is a gambas3_3.20.99+git.20250209.2c1cd58a-1 made on 20250216 (this morning) -> https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/gambas:/master/Debian_12/
Just a guess, that something there might confuse obs.
