HostSharing is not *sending* emails on behalf of ProtonMail. It is forwarding the emails to the list recipients. So then, 
ProtonMail does not authorize any mail server to relay emails from ProtonMail?

Um, yeah, ProtonMail, that's how a mailing list works.

If Christof is willing to join your conversation with ProtonMail, you could CC him in your next email to them thereby letting 
them know that he is authorized by you to join the conversation.

Also, perhaps send an email directly (off-list) to Christof, with his permission of course, so that he can have direct 
confirmation that the 'List-Unsubscribe:List-Unsubscribe-Post' headers are being inserted at the source.
