I'm willing to try if I know how to exactly initiate a selftest. Never been there before.
Is the idea to make an executable from selftest and then on i386 run it from terminal to get some output?

Yes: you must take the 'gambas3-selftest' project from the sources, and run it on the i386 system to check that all test pass.
