Preparing the release of Gambas 3.20

Hi,

I am currently preparing the release of Gambas 3.20.

I have just finished writing the changelog.

I think it's the right moment for the translators to complete their 
translation, if they want them to be available for the release.

The release won't occur immediately, as I have to prepare the 
'gambas-package-config' and my openSuse build server account for 
generating packages for the stable release.

And for sure someone will find last minute blocking bugs...
