I changed instructions slightly to in-cooperate both upgrading older gambas to osb and a fresh install of gambas from osb (there is a difference) for both debian and ubuntu.
Added a small trouble shoot info in case upgrading from official needs the extra push.

Good to see Christopher and Lee added their info too. Nice work.
