Folded procedures error

If i fold some procedures a peoblem occurs if you add or remove lines above
the folded procs.

Simple to test on my system..

Open a project.
Fold a function or 2
Then above the folded procedures hit return to add a newline.

Adding one line makes all the folded procedures vanish
Adding another line make them all just show "End"

Remove a line and they vanish again
remove the other line and it's back to normal.

PS. i went to bugtracker for this but bugtracker and wiki are both
currently down "gateway error"
